Great location near the beach. Knowledgeable taxi drivers, especially Ysidro, #4010. Outstanding service. Enjoyed the free bottled water. Maids promptly replaced towels when notified. Better than expected breakfast. Computers at Reception helped with business matters. Easily walkable to the beach. Good breakfast with friendly staff. Approachable and considerate staff.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was small but had everything I needed and was packed to the top with amenities. The staff provided perfect service and always were really nice. The breakfast was delicious, and I loved the swimming pool. The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach and within walking distance of local residences and clubs. It's also near plenty of places to eat and has easy access to public transportation. this hotel offers anice and neat stay in a great location.

The location was perfect, right near the taxi stand in front of the hotel. It made it so easy to explore Acapulco and visit all the tourist attractions. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast had a good variety of options, including eggs and fruit. Plus, we loved the view from our room, overlooking a beautiful residence and the nearby clubs.
The pool did get a bit overcrowded on the weekends, but it didn't affect our overall experience.

This hotel is a great choice for those who want to stay close to the beach in a tourist destination like Acapulco. The rooms are clean, the staff is helpful and the breakfast is delicious. I particularly enjoyed the fact that this hotel is in a great location, close to everything and right by the beach.
Although there were a few areas for improvement, overall this hotel was great.
